Ryan has over 7 years experience as a planner, team leader and project manager dealing specifically with sales and teaching. Ryan's ability to empathize with others, coupled with his experience and education in HR, allow him to successfully facilitate the needs of his applicants. He believes in the principal that to truly help your candidates you need to be patient, aware, and compassionate (and it never hurts to have sense of humour). His attention to detail and warm nature aid in providing the best possible service for applicants and clients.
Ryan began his professional career in sales and quickly learned the ins and outs of the industry. In 2001, he decided to break away from his sales position and try something new and exciting and therefore left for South Korea where he taught English for several years. The time in Korea afforded him the knowledge that it is people that truly hold his interest and it's no surprise that he is en route to get his CHRP designation. Ryan is now combining his success in sales and his wealth of skills as a teacher to help his applicants find long lasting positions in their legal careers. |
