Natalie is a graduate from York University where she received her Honours Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and further continued her studies at Seneca College, gaining a post-diploma Certificate in Regulatory Law Administration, and her Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Natalie began her legal career at the Ministry of the Attorney General Superior Court of Justice and then worked in the Ontario Court of Justice.
Natalie owned and operated a paralegal firm, where she acquired extensive knowledge in many areas of the legal field, and sharpened her organizational and communication skills. She also held a consultant role for several law firms in the GTA.
As Kent Legal's Senior Account & Sales Manager, Natalie uses what she has learned from her legal background to better facilitate clients and her wonderful sales team. She is very passionate and dedicated to her clients and strives to be their number one partner in the recruitment/hiring process. Her attitude is positive, her goals are strong and she has the Kent Legal values in her heart, namely, Integrity, Trust and Respect.
