Lauren’s work experience has been from the non-for profit sector and is focused on peoples’ needs. In this capacity Lauren learned patience, tolerance, and understanding, and is an “expert” in assisting candidates to develop great resumes! Lauren graduated from Trent University Peterborough Ontario with a degree in Sociology and continues her education to achieve her Human Resources Designation. Lauren has also worked with students and young adults at risk to assist in finding meaningful summer employment -- definitely a pre-requisite to a career in recruitment.

As a former Vice-President of Membership, Trent Central Student Association, Lauren worked with the student union where she gained experience and learned about legal issues, teamwork, and negotiation skills – skills that allow her to be a successful Legal Recruiter Specialist with Kent Legal!

Lauren is from the Ottawa area, an avid snowboarder, a member of David Suzuki’s Nature Challenge, a baker and foodie! She loves to spend her weekends traveling with her partner and puppy visiting friends, family and the country! Apart from wanting to know about the great restaurants in Toronto, Lauren also looks forward to meeting with all of the great legal candidates that Toronto has to offer!
