Keiran joined Kent Legal as a partner in 1988. Prior to that Keiran was trained as a special care counsellor. She also studied Human Resources at Ryerson University, which was a natural lead in to the “human” side of the recruitment business.

With Keiran’s innovative and entrepreneurial approach to management, Kent Legal won the Small business Prism Award for 2006, which celebrates organizations that have created excellence and enhanced performance through commitment to coaching as a leadership strategy. Keiran leads the team of sales and recruitment consultants, who enjoy serving both clients and candidates. Keiran was also included in the Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs for Profit Magazine, and was nominated for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards. These awards, combined with her dedication and determination to locating just the right person for each unique client, have made Kent Legal Toronto’s most successful legal recruitment company.

Keiran has a long history supporting her community. She has volunteered her time for numerous local fundraisers and charitable organizations including the United Way, Heart and Stroke Foundation and participated in the Princess Margaret 60k walk for Breast Cancer, and the Alzheimer’s Walk for Memories.

Keiran’s personal passions include, fun with her two sons fishing, boating, golfing, swimming, and skiing. She also enjoys travelling, reading, and Yoga. Keiran explores her creativity through gourmet cooking, gardening and Century home restoration.
