Having a clear vision of your company’s purpose and values is vital in knowing who to recruit and how to attract them. You must have a destination in mind before you can map your future. Update your website. Candidates look to company websites for research so understand what kind of company they could be working for. Your mission and values are important to you and to them, so be clear about what you represent so you can attract like-minded individuals.

Leverage social media. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms offer you a chance to reach out to candidates who may be interested in working for you and to let them know how well they would fit. Post pictures of employees both on the job and at off-site or community events. Respond to questions or comments on your page so that you can engage with potential employees.
